Our Engagement Model

Zarai HR Solutions offers structured HR and compliance support engagements designed for organizations operating in regulated care and service environments.

Our pricing reflects the hands-on nature of our work, the level of regulatory responsibility involved, and the need for consistent, reliable compliance support.

Standard Engagement Structure

All engagements are built around two components:

1. Upfront Retainer

An initial retainer secures the engagement and covers assessment, planning, and setup.

  1. Retainer Range: $6,000 – $10,000
  2. Minimum Commitment: Three (3) months

The retainer amount is determined by:

  1. Organization size

  2. Number of employees or programs

  3. Scope of compliance and HR support required

2. Monthly Operational Support Fee

A monthly fee covers ongoing, hands-on support and operational expenses.

  • Monthly Fee: $3,000 – $5,000 (billed month-to-month)

This fee includes:

  1. On-site and remote HR and compliance support

  2. Transportation for consultant and assistant

  3. Logistics, office supplies, and incidental expenses

Monthly fees are adjusted based on the size and needs of the organization.

Engagement Duration Options

Our engagements are flexible and may last:

  1. 3 months (short-term stabilization or audit preparation)

  2. 6 months (compliance strengthening and system implementation)

  3. Up to 12 months (long-term support and staff transition)

Engagements may continue until a permanent internal staff member is fully trained and mentored to assume responsibilities.
